Thank you for choosing our e-learning platform. Please follow these steps to complete your training and receive your certificate:
Important: You have 30 days to complete your training from the date of enrollment (unless otherwise specified). Failure to complete the training within this timeframe will result in forfeiting your payment.
- Complete Your Training
Work through all course materials, quizzes, and assignments at your own pace within the 30-day period.
- Make Payment
When you've completed all course requirements, make payment via EFT using these details:
- Bank: [Your Bank Name]
- Account Name: [Your Account Name]
- Account Number: [Your Account Number]
- Reference: Use course short code + your username (e.g., "WP101_johnsmith")
- Submit Required Documents
For each course you enroll in, you must submit the following separately to gert.debeer@adss.co.za:
- Proof of payment
- Copy of your ID document
- Any other course-specific requirements
Each course requires its own separate submission of these documents. Do not combine submissions for multiple courses.
- Receive Your Certificate
Once we verify your payment and confirm you've completed all course requirements within the 30-day period, we'll issue your digital course certificate via email.
- Optional Hard Copy Certificate
If you want a physical certificate:
- Request it in your email to gert.debeer@adss.co.za
- Include your exact delivery address for courier fee calculation
- We'll send a separate quote for the hard copy and delivery
