Africa Dynamic Development Group (ADG) Quality Management Policy

1. Our Purpose and Commitment

At Africa Dynamic Development Group (ADG), our core purpose is to deliver excellence in every service we provide. We are a premier provider of education, training, audits, inspections, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) improvement projects. This Quality Management Policy is the foundation of our promise to our clients, learners, partners, and stakeholders. It outlines our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in all our operations.

2. Our Scope

This policy applies to all activities, services, and personnel within Africa Dynamic Development Group (Pty) Ltd. It governs the design and delivery of our online and in-person training programs, the execution of our audits and inspections, and the management of our HSE improvement projects. This commitment to quality is a shared responsibility for every member of the ADG team.

3. Our Quality Promise

To achieve our purpose, ADG is fundamentally committed to the following principles:

  • Regulatory Compliance: We will rigorously adhere to all applicable legislation and standards. This includes full compliance with the requirements of the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), and all other relevant South African laws.
  • Client and Learner Focus: We strive to understand and exceed the expectations of our clients and learners. We are dedicated to providing services that are valuable, relevant, and impactful, ensuring a positive and successful experience.
  • Service Excellence: We ensure that our training materials, facilitation, assessment practices, audits, and HSE solutions are developed and delivered by competent professionals. Our services are designed to be valid, reliable, and aligned with national standards and industry best practices.
  • Integrity and Professionalism: We conduct our business with the utmost integrity. Our team of facilitators, assessors, auditors, and project managers are not only experts in their fields but are also committed to upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: We believe that excellence is a journey, not a destination. We are dedicated to continually reviewing and enhancing our processes, services, and Quality Management System through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.

4. Our Quality Objectives

To measure our success and drive our commitment, we have established the following key objectives:

  • To achieve an overall client and learner satisfaction rate of 90% or higher, as measured through regular feedback surveys.
  • To maintain a learner retention and completion rate of 95% across all our training programs.
  • To ensure that a statistically significant sample of assessments is moderated according to our policy and QCTO guidelines, ensuring fairness and validity across all programs.
  • To ensure that all formal assessment results and audit reports are provided to clients and learners within 10 working days of completion.

5. Our Responsibilities

Our commitment to quality is led from the top and embraced by all.

  • Our Managing Director, Frans de Beer, has ultimate responsibility for our Quality Management System. He ensures its implementation, provides the necessary resources, and champions our culture of quality.
  • Our Training Manager, Ilse van Niekerk, is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of our Quality Management System. She ensures our policies are followed, reports on our performance against objectives, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Every ADG Employee is responsible for understanding and upholding this policy and for actively participating in maintaining and improving the quality of our work.

6. Our Future Vision

While our primary accreditation is with the Construction SETA (CETA) and the QCTO, we are actively working towards aligning our services with the standards of all relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) to better serve a diverse range of industries.
