Africa Dynamic Development Group (ADG) Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: 4 November 2025
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding course fees, payments, cancellations, and refunds for all training programs offered by Africa Dynamic Development Group (ADG). Our aim is to ensure that all financial transactions are handled transparently and fairly.
2. Fees and Payment
- Course Fees: All quoted fees are inclusive of tuition, learning materials (digital and/or physical), and assessment fees unless otherwise stated. Fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of the course fee is required upfront and in full before the course start date to secure a learner’s place.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and other methods communicated on our invoice. Proof of payment must be provided.
3. Learner Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that circumstances may change. If a learner needs to cancel their enrolment, they must provide written notice via email to info@adss.co.za. The refund amount will be determined based on when the cancellation is received:

| More than 14 days before the course start date | 100% refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of R500. |
| Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date | 50% refund of the total course fee, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of R500. |
| Less than 7 days before the course start date | No refund. |
| After the course has started | No refund. |
Please note: ADG does not offer deferrals or the option to postpone a course to a future date.
4. ADG Cancellation of a Course
While we make every effort to run all scheduled courses, ADG reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, you will be entitled to one of the following options:
- A full, 100% refund of all fees paid.
- A free transfer to another course date of your choice, subject to availability.
ADG will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses incurred by the learner as a result of a course cancellation.
5. Special Circumstances
ADG recognises that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as severe illness or bereavement. In such cases, learners may request a review of the standard cancellation policy.
- All requests must be made in writing and include supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s certificate).
- Each case will be reviewed on its own merit at the discretion of the Managing Director.
- The decision made in these cases is final.
6. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation decision being finalized.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible. If this is not feasible, the refund will be made via EFT to the learner’s nominated bank account.
