Frans de Beer
Chief Executive Officer
Frans de Beer is the Chief Executive Officer of Africa Dynamic SHERQ Solutions, bringing close to two decades of specialised expertise in Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) system implementation, auditing, training, and strategic leadership. As one of the founding members of the organisation, Frans has been instrumental in shaping its vision and operational excellence from the ground up.
An internationally registered Lead Auditor, Frans is certified in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety Management), ISO 19600 (Compliance Management), and ISO 19011 (Auditing of Management Systems). He also holds certification in Corporate Governance, underscoring his strong command of both operational integrity and executive accountability.
Frans’s academic foundation in psychology and communication science gives him a unique lens through which he approaches system design, risk management, and human behaviour in the workplace. He has undergone intensive training in Interpersonal Communication, Persuasive Communication, Cognitive Therapy, Trauma, and Play Therapy, and is a registered counsellor with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners. This combination of technical expertise and psychological insight allows him to address the full spectrum of risks—both systemic and human.
With over 5,000 hours of auditing logged across diverse industries, Frans has earned a reputation for excellence in compliance, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement. His dual focus on operational risk and psychological well-being enables him to foster healthy, productive workplace environments, particularly within South Africa’s culturally diverse and high-risk sectors.
As a qualified Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator, Frans is also deeply committed to skills development and capacity building, ensuring that individuals and organisations alike are empowered to grow sustainably.

Gert de Beer
Operational Director and Chief Financial Officer
Gert de Beer serves as the Operational Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Africa Dynamic SHERQ Solutions, where he brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in Safety, Health, Environmental (SHE) management, ISO systems, and strategic business operations. With a dual focus on operational excellence and financial sustainability, Gert plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s continued growth across South Africa and international markets.
As a multi-award-winning SHE professional, Gert’s career is marked by an impressive track record of results and recognition. He has received multiple International SHE Awards (2017, 2018) and National SHE Awards (2017–2020) for his outstanding contributions to safety and risk management. His broad sector experience spans mining, construction, education, and industrial services, where he has led numerous projects in risk mitigation, ISO compliance, and behavioural safety transformation.
In his role as Operational Director, Gert oversees the seamless delivery of client services, operational planning, and compliance with international standards. Simultaneously, as CFO, he ensures strong financial stewardship, strategic resource allocation, and sustainable financial growth—ensuring that Africa Dynamic remains agile, accountable, and financially robust.

Training Manager
Ilse van Niekerk is the Training Manager at Africa Dynamic SHERQ Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience managing one of South Africa’s largest construction projects. As a qualified Facilitator and Assessor in Training and Development, Ilse played a pivotal role in developing the organization’s training management system and securing MERSeta Accreditation for over 100 Unit Standards within just one year.
Ilse is certified in several critical areas, including Legal Liability, Hazard Identification & Risk Management, Incident Investigation, Principles and Processes of Warehousing, and the Safe Use and Storage of Hazardous Chemical Substances. Her comprehensive expertise extends beyond training, encompassing procurement management, waste management, and detailed site inspections.
With extensive experience in administrative systems, Ilse has also excelled in recruitment management. Her dedication to both operational efficiency and employee development makes her an indispensable asset to the team.
